St. Louis Bar and Grill & Good to Go
St.Louis Bar and Grill opened its first location in 1992. Since then, they have brought their fun, casual sports bar and grill concept to almost 70 neighbourhoods across the country. S&H Realty Corporation, Brokerage is assisting St. Louis Bar and Grill in its site selection in Ontario. Traditional St. Louis Bar and Grill restaurants require highly-visible 2,200 – 3,000 square feet, end cap or freestanding units with a patio opportunity of at least 500 square feet. In-line units may be of interest but must have a patio. Trade areas with residential density and commercial/light industrial are ideal. Will consider asset purchases of existing restaurants/bars.
NEW! St. Louis Good to Go is now seeking locations.
In addition to continuing to grow its network of traditional restaurants, St. Louis has launched a new Good to Go concept focused on takeout and delivery service of their most popular menu items. Good to Go locations require 1,000 – 1,400 square feet in outdoor centres and urban street fronts, with visibility from primary thoroughfares, and easily accessible parking. Units have no interior seating or patios.
