Donna Ing

Donna Ing, S & H’s Research/Administrative Professional, provides comprehensive support to Danny Klempfner and the Executive Team and manages S & H Realty Corporation’s office operations.

Over the last 34 years, Donna’s strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of discretion and organizational competitiveness which objectives include quality, speed, dependability and flexibility, has made her an  integral part in  assisting the executive team to achieve their goals.

On a regular basis, Donna creates reports and memos, organizes and maintains files, updates financial records, generates invoices and monitors customer account details, manages calendars, coordinates meetings and events, makes travel arrangements, provides customer service, conducts research, and handles correspondence.

With regard to research, Donna collects and organizes data for submission to Danny Klempfner and other members of the Executive Team for analysis. Whilst doing so, Donna gains informed consent from participants, assures the confidentiality of information, respects the privacy of participants, operates with transparency, ensures the security of the data collected, and uses legally acceptable methods of research.

Donna is an Honors graduate of York University with a major in Psychology.
