Dane provides property management services through Strategic Property Management, an S & H Realty Corporation affiliated company. Strategic Property Management is a results-oriented, innovative professional firm providing property management services for financial, legal, administrative, and operational requirements.

Established in 1994, Strategic Property Management offers retail, office and medical office property management services to S & H Realty Corporation’s public sector clients, large financial institutions, local and offshore investors, as well as small business owners. A professional accountant, Dane has over 36 years’ experience in property management.

Previously, Dane held senior financial roles at each of Brookfield Properties and Trilea Centres Ltd.

Sandra provides hospitality, restaurant, and food services consulting through Food Systems Consulting Inc., an S & H Realty Corporation affiliated company. Food Systems Consulting Inc. is a Canadian food services management advisory and design services company with proven results in the healthcare, educational and other public sector experience, hospitality, food services, and restaurant industry.

Sandra is the creative, resourceful principal providing direction to ensure client requirements are understood and expectations met. Beginning as Director of Public Health Nutrition for the New Brunswick government, and following stints with a national food services management firm and Quebec based food facility design and consulting firm, Sandra has been an industry player for over 30 years. She has also served as the President of Dietitians of Canada.

Sandra and her team provide food services consulting services to S & H Realty Corporation’s public and private sector clients.

Andrew provides development services through Thomson Real Estate Advisors Inc., an S & H Realty Corporation affiliated company. Andrew’s services include strategic planning, including market research, site evaluation/sourcing, feasibility analysis, highest and best use studies of ancillary lands, capital sourcing – which together help to create a strong foundation for S & H Realty Corporation’s public and private sector clients’ projects.

Andrew, a civil engineer, has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate development including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, entertainment, datacenters. Prior to forming Thomson Real Estate Advisors to provide real estate development advisory, Andrew previously worked for leading real estate development companies including Marathon Realty Company Limited, Bramalea Limited, Cambridge Shopping Centres, and TrizecHahn.

Rosanne provides marketing services through Orban & Associates Inc., an S & H Realty Corporation affiliate company. Rosanne develops marketing and advertising campaigns, managing related design and printing services for the retail real estate and other industries.

Rosanne began her marketing career in the shopping centre industry. After working at several flagship shopping centres directing marketing and promotional campaigns, Rosanne took on a regional role overseeing the marketing programs for a shopping centre portfolio across four provinces. Her marketing campaigns won over 20 industry awards and she was recognized as Outstanding Marketing Director of the Year. Before co-founding Orban & Associates Inc., Rosanne worked for Bramalea Limited, Trizec Equities, and Trilea Centres.
