S&H Realty is assisting a grocery chain with existing locations throughout the GTA to secure new locations. Tenant to be kept confidential until sites are identified to be of interest. Space requirement of 20,000 to 70,000 s.f. with suitable loading facilities, ample parking, located in highly visible sites and surrounded by densely populated communities. Existing buildings, new-build opportunities, and land purchases will be considered. Target markets include Scarborough, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Aurora.
