A Popeyes franchisee with restaurant locations in the western GTA is searching for locations throughout the GTA with a focus on Mississauga, Brampton, and Toronto. Sites for this tenant mandate require 2,000 to 2,300 square feet end-cap units with great visibility.  Drive-thru units are preferred but not required.  Would consider up to 3,000 square feet for drive thru units.  Premises can be as small as 1,800 square feet in urban areas.
