S&H Realty Corporation is assisting this Massachusetts based elite math tutoring facility which has 60+ locations in the U.S. to find its second Canadian location. Area of focus is Yonge Street to the west, Woodbine Avenue to the east, Steeles Avenue to the south and Major MacKenzie Drive to the north in the Richmond Hill/Markham/Thornhill areas. Seeking highly visible ground level spaces of 4,000-5,000 square feet, with ample parking and a convenient/safe place to drop kids off.   

Their first permanent Canadian location opened in fall 2021 at 501 St. Clair West. Corporate covenant. 

About Russian School of Math

Using the rigorous study of mathematics to develop students’ math fluency, intellect, and character. Students are guided to think about mathematics logically and conceptually, building deep connections between concepts, all in an environment of their peers that keeps them consistently challenged. 

Students post remarkable scores on math competitions, in school, and see a greater confidence in their math and learning abilities overall. RSM alumni go on to attend the best universities in the world.

The Russian School of Math classroom environment is an essential aspect of the program. They also get used to an environment of healthy competition. This not only deepens their understanding but prepares students for university and career.
