Client: Beer Bistro
Working with owner and executive chef of Beer Bistro, offering a beer-infused menu, we analyzed the concept and assessed several locations before recommending the Yonge and King Street location in downtown Toronto. The success of this street front location on the ground floor of an office tower was from careful due diligence ensuring the equipment, food preparation, delivery, and ample seating requirements were accommodated.
When the original owner and founder decided he wished to sell the concept, we did a business assessment and valuation and acted on the owner’s behalf in the successful sale of the restaurant.
Client: Toulà Ristorante & Bar
Through the Italian Consulate in Toronto, a group of Italian investors engaged us to secure a location and execute a lease for this upscale, authentic Italian restaurant. After several months of complex negotiations, Toulà Ristorante & Bar opened on the 38th Floor of the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, located at the water’s edge of Queen’s Quay as a fine dining destination for Toronto residents and visitors.
Client: Deloitte
Deloitte retained us to prepare a food services strategy for its two new head office locations in Toronto and Montreal. Our strategy proposed operational models, pro forma revenues and included design and space planning services for proposed new food service facilities in both buildings.
